When I read inspirational quotes now, I have a much better mindset than I did many years ago. I don’t even consider who wrote them, I just think about their application and appreciate the encouragement that they offer. It is part of my determination to try and “find the good” whenever I can. So, I try to find the good in every little quote I come across. Thank you for your comment and for the compliments on the pictures!

And the best part about that is this: You never even REALIZE that the stars shine the brightest in the dark until you find yourself surrounded by darkness. You don’t learn to really appreciate the good things in this life until they are what pierces the otherwise all-consuming darkness that surrounds us. People can’t fully appreciate things when they don’t have any idea what it feels like to be without those things.
